Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants is seeking a procurement professional with strong supplier negotiation and relationship-management skills in a manufacturing setting. You will manage procurement activities, create POs in SAP, monitor stock levels and supplier performance, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 or NQF equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Diploma in Purchasing and/or Logistics, or a BCom degree.
• Knowledge of SAP and procurement processes.
• Basic understanding of composites manufacturing processes.
• Strong technical knowledge and computer literacy.
• Excellent supplier negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
