Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Pretoria-East is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Specialist with solid experience in inventory control, freight coordination, and ERP systems to join our client.

You will manage receiving, stock counts, order processing, and shipping, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely delivery of drones, spare parts, and precision agriculture equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics, spare parts, or operations role.
• Strong inventory and logistics management capability including receiving, dispatch and stock control.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail for stock accuracy and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple operational areas—inventory, dispatch, spare parts, and technical support coordination.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar ERP/CPQ systems or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics or customs partners.
• Comfortable handling technical equipment and hazardous materials (e.g. LiPo batteries) following safety protocols.
• Record and track serial numbers for warranty, audit, and traceability purposes.
