Job summary

DevologyX is expanding its Delivery team and seeks a dedicated Delivery Consultant to support end-to-end candidate delivery for clients across Europe. You will handle outreach, qualification calls, candidate submissions, and onboarding coordination while liaising with sourcing and delivery teams to optimize processes.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, proactive communication, and a people-first approach, with opportunities to grow in a global tech talent solutions environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery for candidates across multiple clients.
• Conduct high-volume proactive candidate outreach across channels.
• Assist in guiding shortlisted candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
• Coordinate with Sourcing and Delivery teams to optimize workflows.
• Maintain accurate records in internal tools and contribute to SOPs.
