Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, focusing on technical or engineering roles.
• Proven ability to recruit for various engineering disciplines and technical positions.
• Solid understanding of engineering terminology, tools, and required skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently.
• Experience with ATS and other recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for technical and engineering positions, from client consultation to candidate placement.
• Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract skilled professionals in areas like mechanical, electrical, industrial, and software engineering.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and company culture.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate technical expertise and suitability.
