Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• Experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or people management role.
• Background in financial services, customer operations, or shared services environments.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage performance using data and operational insight.

• Monitor performance and deliver structured coaching, feedback, and support.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, client requirements, and regulatory controls.
• Support quality improvement, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
• Promote employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Escalate operational risks, incidents, or control concerns as required.

This role is responsible for leading a team of advisors or specialists to deliver outstanding service while meeting critical quality, compliance, productivity, and customer experience targets. What you will do in this role

As an Team Leader, you will:
