Job summary

FairPlay Engineering is seeking a Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to identify, engage, and qualify top candidates for international roles in the Netherlands. You will collaborate with Netherlands-based Account Managers to manage client relationships and final placements.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels, build pipelines, screen interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while maintaining ATS/CRM records. Hybrid role in Johannesburg.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other channels.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

What Will You Do?

As a Talent Sourcer / Recruiter, you will focus on the front-end of the recruitment process. Identifying, engaging, and qualifying top candidates. You will work closely with our Netherlands-based Account Managers, who manage the client relationships and final placements.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
