DolFinContent LLC is seeking a motivated Influencer Talent Recruiter to support the growth of our creator roster. You will identify high-potential influencers, conduct professional outreach, manage recruitment and onboarding, and build strong relationships with prospective talent.

The ideal candidate communicates confidently, loves social media and creator economy, works well remotely, and can track recruitment activity across platforms.

Responsabilités

• Identify, source, and recruit influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and more.
• Conduct professional outreach via social media, email, and other channels.
• Guide creators through recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage onboarding, including agreements and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and onboarded creators.
• Maintain accurate databases, talent rosters, and recruitment pipelines.
• Research trends to identify rising creators with growth potential.
• Collaborate with Talent and Sales teams to grow the roster.
• Track recruitment activity and provide progress reports weekly.
• Support additional talent operations and recruitment initiatives as needed.

Position Overview

DolFinContent is seeking a motivated and highly organized Influencer Talent Recruiter to support the continued growth of our creator roster.

This role focuses on identifying high-potential influencers, conducting professional outreach, managing the recruitment and onboarding process, and building strong relationships with prospective talent.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, confident in communication, and passionate about social media, influencer marketing, recruiting, and the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit influencers and digital creators across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and emerging social platforms
• Conduct professional outreach through social media, email, and other recruitment channels
• Communicate with prospective creators and guide them throughout the recruitment process
• Manage creator onboarding, including agreements, internal documentation, and profile setup
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and newly onboarded creators
• Maintain accurate internal databases, talent rosters, creator profiles, and recruitment pipelines
• Research social media trends and identify emerging creators with strong growth potential
• Collaborate with the Talent and Sales teams to support roster growth and creator opportunities
• Track recruitment activity, outreach performance, and talent acquisition metrics
• Provide weekly recruitment reports and progress updates
• Support additional talent operations and recruitment initiatives as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Native or fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal, is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, talent management, recruiting, social media, or digital media
• Good understanding of major social media platforms and the creator economy
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote environment
• Experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, or outreach tools is preferred
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field is a plus

Compensation

• Base compensation of $1,000 USD per month
• Commission opportunities based on creators successfully recruited and onboarded
• Opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation based on performance
