Job summary

Part of nGAGE Talent Limited is seeking an experienced Talent and Performance Practitioner in Johannesburg to lead performance management, talent reviews and succession planning. The role will also drive employee development, culture, engagement and learning initiatives.

The ideal candidate will coordinate HR projects, support leadership development and ensure accurate records and reporting. Strong analytical and facilitation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development or related field.
• Experience coordinating performance management and talent management processes.
• Strong analytical, reporting, facilitation and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual performance management cycle including planning, reviews, reporting and system support.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, successor identification and readiness assessments.
• Analyse performance and talent data, identify trends and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate employee development initiatives including coaching, mentoring and career development.
• Support organisational development, culture, employee engagement and change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and talent discussions.
• Coordinate HR projects, monitor deliverables and maintain documentation and records.
• Maintain job profiles and support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
