Chapter 2 is seeking a Talent Intelligence Analyst to join our team in a research-first role. You’ll size talent pools, benchmark pay, compare locations and map competitors, contributing directly to client deliverables and leadership decisions.

You’ll explore AI tools such as Claude Code, Gemini Deep Research and various LLM APIs, automate data collection and cleaning, and ensure every number stands up before it leaves the building.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of data, analytics and AI.
• Ability to size talent pools and benchmark pay.
• Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Talent Insights or Juicebox.
• Strong client-ready written English.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations (POPIA/UK GDPR).

Responsabilités

• Turn research briefs into structured datasets (salary benchmarks, talent pool sizing, location comparisons, competitor insight).
• Gather and triangulate market data from platforms and public data until figures are defensible.
• Automate data collection and cleaning using AI tools and APIs.
• Act as the quality gate: reconcile datasets and flag inconsistencies.
• Document methodologies, source notes and runbooks for repeatable research.
• Support dashboards and trackers and turn new requests into clear tasks.
• Keep up with new AI tools and evaluate their value for research.
