Job summary

You will assist with job profiles, CV screening, interview scheduling, and background checks while maintaining recruitment records and ensuring timely updates for line managers.

The role requires a Grade 12 and a Diploma in HR, with at least 3 years in bulk recruitment, ideally in production/manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment.
• Ability to screen CVs and shortlist candidates efficiently.
• Experience coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in performing pre-employment checks and background verifications.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes to attract suitable candidates.
• Prepare vacancy advertisements and coordinate internal referrals and sourcing.
• Assist line managers with job profiles and descriptions.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephone pre-screening; coordinate interviews.
• Conduct employment and background checks; arrange pre-employment screenings.
• Provide administrative support and maintain recruitment records.
