Job summary

Fidelity Specialized Services (FSS) is seeking a Tactical Drone Driver for the Transnet contract. The role covers vehicle management, security systems operation, and coordination with the drone pilot, K9 handler, and control room.

You will drive the Tactical K9 vehicle and support security drills on a 12-hour shift schedule. Applicants should have Matric or equivalent, a C1 license, PSIRA Grade A Armed Response accreditation, SAPS handgun competency, and at least two years in security.

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate or equivalent.
• Code C1 Driver's license older than 2 years.
• Must be accredited by PSIRA with at least a Grade A Armed Response
• SAPS Weapons Competency in handgun.
• Has preferably completed an Advance Driving Course
• Be prepared to work 12-hour shifts.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in the security industry or similar role
• No criminal records

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility and accountability for the vehicle, report mechanical faults, refueling, operating the various security systems, ensure cleanliness of the vehicle, etc.
