Job summary

Auto & Truck Tyres (Pty) Ltd in South Africa is seeking a Systems Trainer to empower call centre agents and sales staff with essential skills to navigate internal systems, CRM platforms and telephony tools.

You will deliver training, design materials, run workshops, assess effectiveness, and collaborate with IT and Operations to close knowledge gaps, supporting onboarding, and maintaining training records and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of systems training or related roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in creating engaging training content and materials.
• Experience with CRM platforms, telephony tools, and operational software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to enhance user proficiency across various operational software
• Design, develop, and continuously update engaging training materials, user guides, and e-learning modules
• Conduct both in-person and virtual training workshops, including group sessions, one-on-one coaching, and refresher courses
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data to ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to identify and address system-related knowledge gaps
• Support onboarding processes with targeted systems training for new employees
• Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on completion rates and competency levels
