Cre8work! in Germiston, South Africa, is seeking a Systems Trainer to empower call centre agents and sales staff with the skills to navigate internal systems, CRM platforms, and telephony tools, enabling smoother operations.

You will design and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, develop engaging materials and e-learning modules, assess training effectiveness, and collaborate with IT and Operations to close knowledge gaps while maintaining up‑to‑date records.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in systems training or related roles.

Our client, a reputable company committed to growth and innovation, is seeking a dedicated Systems Trainer to empower call centre agents and sales staff with the essential skills to navigate internal systems, CRM platforms, and telephony tools.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to enhance user proficiency across various operational software
• Design, develop, and continuously update engaging training materials, user guides, and e-learning modules
• Conduct both in-person and virtual training workshops, including group sessions, one-on-one coaching, and refresher courses
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data to ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to identify and address system-related knowledge gaps
• Support onboarding processes with targeted systems training for new employees
• Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on completion rates and competency levels

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems training or related roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in creating engaging training content and materials
• Experience with CRM platforms, telephony tools, and operational software
