You will analyze interconnected processes, identify inefficiencies, and design integrated solutions to improve workflow, throughput, and resource use with advanced modeling.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred) with 6+ years' experience, proficiency in AnyLogic or Arena, and expertise in Lean and Six Sigma.
