Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a process engineering or industrial engineering role.
• Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using simulation software, CAD, and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, capable of working collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
