Job description

The Systems Engineer Specialist will provide expert technical knowledge and hands-on support for the installation, testing, tuning, optimization, diagnosis, repair, upgrade, and maintenance of internal and external hardware and system software. This includes operating systems, data management products, office automation tools, embedded systems, and other utility software and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and system software.
• Perform comprehensive testing and tuning of systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and system malfunctions.
• Implement system upgrades and patches.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans for hardware and software components.
• Provide specialist technical support to end-users and other IT teams.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software support and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
