Supportwave is seeking a Systems Engineer for a 12-month renewable contract. This fully remote role supports and maintains critical IT infrastructure across distributed environments, requiring strong technical expertise and independence.

Key duties include administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online), VMware/Hyper-V, Windows Server/Active Directory, and BDR solutions, plus PowerShell automation and L3 troubleshooting.

Qualificações

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online.
• Strong VMware/Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Proficient in Windows Server and Active Directory management.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery (BDR).
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Advanced L3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently in a distributed environment.

About This Job
