Job summary

Mecad Systems is seeking an ERP specialist to deliver Level 1–2 support and system administration across all sites nationwide, with emphasis on SYSPRO and related systems in a food manufacturing context.

You will work in a fast-moving FMCG environment, applying supply chain and manufacturing process knowledge to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement. Willingness to travel near Cape Town month-end is required.

Qualifications

• SYSPRO accreditation and strong system knowledge.
• Relevant tertiary qualification; 3–5 years' experience.
• FMCG manufacturing and distribution experience.
• Supply Chain and Manufacturing process knowledge.
• Food/food ingredients experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
• Minimal travel to all sites including Cape Town near month end.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & 2 ERP support and system administration across all sites nationally
• Support SYSPRO, TransLution and related systems, including MOM, Tempo, CuroQuip and QMS
• Provide user support for Microsoft technologies linked to ERP systems
• Support ERP implementations, training and Continuous Improvement projects
• Assist with the implementation and sustainability of Food safety activities
• Report any non-conformances to the Food Safety Manager
