FACT (PTY) LTD in Centurion is seeking a Sustainability & Transformation Specialist to drive integration of sustainability and transformation strategies. You will strengthen governance, ensure compliance with legislation, and support socio-economic development within a State-Owned Enterprise.

The role requires a senior professional with 8+ years of experience in ESG and B-BBEE contexts, focusing on reporting, risk management and EE/Skills Development planning and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree at NQF Level 7 is required.
At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years at practitioner level.
Experience with ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting.
Knowledge of environmental risk and impact management.
Experience in B-BBEE scorecard management, supplier development and verification.
Experience in Employment Equity and Skills Development planning, reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

Drive the integration of sustainability and transformation strategies.
Strengthen governance and legislative compliance.
Support meaningful socio-economic development within a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE).
