Job summary

FACT (PTY) LTD in Centurion is seeking a Sustainability & Transformation Specialist to drive integration of sustainability and transformation strategies. You will strengthen governance, ensure compliance with legislation, and support socio-economic development within a State-Owned Enterprise.

The role requires a senior professional with 8+ years of experience in ESG and B-BBEE contexts, focusing on reporting, risk management and EE/Skills Development planning and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree at NQF Level 7 is required.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years at practitioner level.
• Experience with ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting.
• Knowledge of environmental risk and impact management.
• Experience in B-BBEE scorecard management, supplier development and verification.
• Experience in Employment Equity and Skills Development planning, reporting and compliance.

Are you an experienced sustainability and transformation professional with a strong background in ESG, B-BBEE, Employment Equity and Skills Development?

We are seeking a suitably qualified professional for an exciting opportunity at our client siituated in Centurion.

The successful candidate will drive the integration of sustainability and transformation strategies, strengthen governance and legislative compliance, and support meaningful socio-economic development within a SOE.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• A relevant Bachelor's degree at NQF Level 7.
• At least 8 years' relevant work experience, including 4 years at practitioner level.
• Experience with ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting.
• Knowledge of environmental risk and impact management.
• Practical experience in B-BBEE scorecard management, supplier development and verification processes.
• Experience in Employment Equity and Skills Development planning, reporting and compliance.

ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE

• Sustainability and transformation within a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE).
• Sustainable financing and lender-related sustainability requirements.
