Job summary

Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority is seeking a Mid-Level Sustainability and Transformation professional to lead the integration of ESG principles into strategy and projects in Centurion. The role includes developing and implementing a Sustainable Developmental and Transformation Framework, and coordinating risk management, governance, and reporting across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, 8 years’ experience with ESG, B-BBEE, and EE/skills development,

Qualifications

Experience in ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
Experience with environmental risk and impact management.
Practical experience in social responsibility and supplier development under B-BBEE.
Exposure to EE and Skills Development planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy integration, develop a sustainability and transformation framework, and monitor execution.
Conduct risk assessments for climate, resources, B-BBEE, EE gaps and supplier transformation.
Coordinate internal/external transformation agendas, chair committees, and drive accountability.
Integrate BBBEE compliance and implement monitoring, evaluation and reporting processes.
Design an integrated reporting framework and corporate dashboards for ESG metrics.
