Job summary

AES Global in Cape Town is seeking two junior Support and Test Engineers to test software and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work model: two days a week in the office, based in Cape Town.

You will test software, troubleshoot issues to keep systems stable, and work closely with the team to analyze and resolve problems while providing clear customer-focused support. Strong communication and a customer-service orientation are essential, with ISTQB certification and IT

Qualifications

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively

Advantageous

• Certification or experience in a programming language such as Python
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems

Working model

Hybrid, based in Cape Town - two days a week in the office.
