Time Personnel in Cape Town seeks an experienced Operations/Logistics professional to oversee client contracts, develop budgets, and act as the primary liaison between clients and the company.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 and a relevant degree are mandatory.
• 5–10 years in an Operations/Logistics role with proven cost management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain processes and client budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual contract reviews and renewals with clients.
• Develop and monitor client-specific budgets.
• Act as primary liaison between client and Consumer.
• Maintain strong client relationships within agreements.
• Coordinate and manage monthly client reviews.
• Ensure adherence to cost-to-serve models.
• Support onboarding of new accounts.
• Approve monthly invoices per contract terms.
• Drive cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
• Track P&L performance against KPIs.
• Measure Joint Value Creation with clients.
• Manage contract adjustments and true-up processes.
• Review and negotiate client contracts.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities.
