Job summary

JVR Software, a leading distributor of industrial products, is seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Director to lead its national end-to-end supply chain.

Reporting to executive leadership, the role oversees procurement, sourcing, inventory management, demand planning, warehousing, logistics, and stock governance across a national network. The ideal candidate has 12-15+ years of leadership, with ERP experience and a track record of transformation.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior executive or divisional leadership role.
• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management.
• Experience in demand planning and inventory optimization.
• Strong background in warehousing, distribution, and national logistics.
• Experience leading large, multi-site teams.
• Industrial distribution, engineering, mining supply, manufacturing, or aftermarket industry experience preferred.
• Advanced ERP and supply chain planning systems experience.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and financial acumen.
• Experience with imports, Incoterms, freight, and international sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
