Mediclinic Southern Africa seeks a Supervisor: Retail Pharmacy Credit Control to lead a team responsible for the efficient collection and administration of funds owed to Mediclinic Pharmacies. The role sits in a hybrid Stellenbosch environment and requires experience in credit control within a fast-paced retail/healthcare setting.

Essential education includes Matric, with accounting/bookkeeping qualifications preferred. 3–5 years in credit control plus supervisory exposure is ideal.

• Knowledge of reconciliations, debit/credit notes and adjustment journals.
• Ability to analyse debtors days and aging reports.
• Familiarity with retail pharmacy systems, policies, and procedures.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To supervise, monitor and ensure efficient collection, control and administration of funds owed to Mediclinic Pharmacies within the guidelines determined by SLA’s, policies and procedures

• Financial knowledge (reconciliations, debit and credit notes, adjustment journals, etc.)

• Retail Pharmacy systems, policies and procedures
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel) and Retail Pharmacy System
