You will mentor a team of project managers and creatives, manage budgets, and partner with global studio leadership to align local operations with broader Brandtech Group goals, including AI-enabled workflows and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading creative production, studio operations, or project management teams.
• Strong resource planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Deep understanding of production workflows and operational improvement.
• Experience sourcing and managing freelance resources.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day studio operations and uphold delivery standards.
• Serve as escalation point for production, workflow, and resource challenges.
• Collaborate with Global Studio leadership to align local operations with standards.
