OLIVER in Cape Town leads the operation of its local studio, guiding a team of project managers and creatives to deliver high-quality work. You will shape the infrastructure, drive efficiency, and act as the operational anchor for a fast-paced creative environment.

You will partner with global leadership on standards, scale operations, and implement continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading studio operations or production teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong resource planning and forecasting abilities for multi-function workloads.
• Experience with production workflows and automation tools; familiarity with AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day studio operations and ensure delivery standards, performance, and health.
• Manage resource planning, forecasting, and capacity to optimize staffing across regions.
• Oversee production workflows, escalate issues, and mitigate risks to protect quality and deadlines.
• Control studio budgets and spend, report financial performance, and drive cost efficiency.
