Job summary

OLIVER, a Brandtech Group company, seeks a Producer to lead regional delivery for a major global brand in Cape Town. Hybrid role requiring 3 days in studio, coordinating high volumes of localised assets across multiple languages and markets while supervising a team of IPMs.

You will oversee timelines, budgets, translations, and approvals, and act as the primary client contact for delivery inquiries, elevating risks to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Broad production experience across digital, print, and motion assets.
• Track record delivering high-volume, multi-market campaigns across languages and channels.
• Experience line managing production teams onsite and offshore.
• Strong project management with risk assessment and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Own regional production delivery, ensuring assets align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain campaign timelines to SLA; forecast pipelines to plan resources.
• Brief IPMs on campaigns; sign off timings based on local market requirements.
• Track pre-production tasks including translations, approvals, and market participation.
• Serve as primary client contact for timelines and delivery; escalate risks as needed.
• Lead daily studio stand-ups and manage a team of IPMs; provide development opportunities.
