Job summary

OLIVER, The Brandtech Group, Cape Town, South Africa, seeks a Senior Producer to lead regional delivery for a major global brand. You will manage high volumes of localised assets across languages, channels, and markets, overseeing IPMs and coordinating with Account Leads and studio leaders.

You will drive timelines, budgets, risk management, and quality across campaigns while championing AI-assisted workflows and automation to improve efficiency and output quality.

Qualifications

• Extensive production experience across digital, print, and motion media.
• Proven track record delivering high-volume, multi-market campaigns.
• Experience line-managing production teams onsite and offshore.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Gen AI tools to improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own regional production delivery, ensuring assets align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage campaign timelines and resource the team for peaks.
• Brief IPMs on scope; sign off local timings.
• Track pre-production tasks like translations and approvals.
• Serve as primary client contact for timelines and delivery.
• Lead daily studio stand-ups and escalate risks.
• Line manage IPMs and develop their skills.
• Build relationships with Sales Market clients and media agencies.
• Oversee campaigns across multiple languages and channels.
• Forecast and plan capacity using data from briefs.
• Support monthly reporting, invoicing, and out-of-scope requests.
• Push automation and AI-driven efficiencies.
• Manage project budgets including cost estimates and POs.
• Source freelancers and production partners for cost efficiency.
• Assist with cost estimates for additional resources.
