Job summary

OneSchool Global is seeking a Student Support Assistant for our Barbados Campus to provide personalized academic and behavioral support to a primary-aged student. You will assist with class curricula and help the student engage in daily learning activities.

In this role you may teach directed studies like English and Math as designed by a certified teacher, collaborate with local staff, and maintain progress records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in education orApplied Behavioural Analysis preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About You

To be considered for this position you must have:

• Authorization to work in Barbados
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in education, special education or Applied Behavioural Analysis preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting the student's educational and personal development.
