Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Education Department with day-to-day organizational and operational tasks.
• Assist the softball coach with various program activities and responsibilities.
• Inventory, organize, and maintain physical education and athletic equipment.
• Organize and maintain softball uniforms, practice gear, and related supplies.
• Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and properly storing athletic equipment and materials.
• Help prepare course materials, instructional resources, and equipment for Physical Education classes.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of facilities and equipment for classes, practices, and other program activities.
• Perform limited computer and administrative tasks, including organizing information, preparing documents, and updating program materials.
• Assist with promoting Physical Education and softball program goals, activities, and outreach efforts.
• Support the development and distribution of program-related materials as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
