Job summary

Manpower SA (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a Student Advisor to engage with prospective students, build relationships with schools and stakeholders, and guide applicants from enquiry through to registration.

You will deliver school presentations, conduct interviews, and support online applications while meeting targets. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field (NQF7).
• Minimum 2 years' sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations at targeted schools to raise awareness and interest.
• Proactively contact prospective students and schedule interviews.
• Assist prospective students with online applications during interviews and follow up on payments/docs.
• Drive campaigns to convert interviews into applications and registrations.
• Maintain call reports, interview trackers and CRM records.
