Job summary

Emeris in South Africa is seeking a proactive Student Advisor to join our recruitment team. You will present Emeris to targeted schools, conduct interviews with prospective students and guide applicants through the online application and registration process.

Reporting to the Head: Student Recruitment, you will manage school outreach, data collection, and CRM reporting, while meeting monthly interview and application targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Public Relations/Communication.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Own car and driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations at targeted schools and represent Emeris.
• Meet monthly targets for collecting school databases and expanding reach.
• Make proactive calls to prospective students and schedule interviews.
• Assist applicants with the online application and ensure payments.
• Support campuses by converting applications to registrations and hitting targets.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and CRM records.
