Job summary

NewBridge Graduate Institute is seeking a motivated Student Advisor to join our Sales and Student Recruitment team in Gauteng. You will engage with enquiries, guide applicants through the enrolment journey, and deliver high-energy school presentations at events.

You will maintain accurate records in the campus CRM, support open days, career exhibitions and school visits, and work closely with academic and support teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Completed tertiary qualification.
• A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak registration periods and events such as Open Days and Information Evenings.

Responsibilities

• School Engagement: deliver high-energy presentations at targeted schools and open days.
• Communication & Follow-Up: meet daily/weekly calls to generate leads and convert interest.
• Sales Process Management: maintain campus CRM and align with sales plans.
• Collaboration & Reporting: attend weekly meetings and report on activity.
• Brand Positioning: build relationships with school stakeholders to widen outreach.
• Event & Campaigns: represent the institute at career events and manage campaigns.
• Interview & Conversion: conduct interviews and convert interest to applications.
• Product Knowledge: stay informed on programmes, pricing, bursaries.
• Operational & Administrative: follow reception protocols and record-keeping in CRM.
