Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in administrative and customer service roles.

• Knowledge of POPIA compliance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student registration changes and progression counselling.
• Support retention projects and coordinate with campus leadership.
• Deliver orientation and information sessions to students.
• Disseminate and update student policies and communications.
• Capture student interactions in the academic system.
• Resolve student queries within defined SLAs and escalate when needed.
