Job summary

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities/Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across large residential, hospitality or student accommodation facilities in South Africa. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field and relevant trade certifications.

You will manage teams and contractors, optimise building systems, and drive budgets and planning with a focus on reliability and stakeholder satisfaction in a high-pressure environment.
