Job summary

Pronto Labour Team is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead building and facilities management in Gauteng. The role oversees maintenance procedures, infrastructure projects, and safety compliance, while managing a team of technicians and coordinating with other departments for facility needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in facilities or building management and at least five years of related experience, including managing office buildings or corporate facilities, and contractor

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• National Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Property Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities or building management.
• Experience managing office buildings, commercial properties or corporate facilities.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Computer literate and proficient with standard software.
