• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management principles and process modelling tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of client processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop strategic recommendations and operational plans for clients.
• Assist clients in implementing proposed solutions and managing change.
• Prepare reports and presentations for client leadership outlining findings.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure project success and knowledge transfer.
