Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join our client’s team in Rustenburg, North West. The role focuses on driving business transformation, developing strategic solutions, and delivering measurable improvements across diverse industries.

You will work with C-level stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and shape operational and financial analyses to inform decisions and growth initiatives. A strong analytical mindset and proven consulting track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing business strategies and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify areas for improvement and strategic opportunities.
• Develop and present innovative strategic recommendations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
