Placements24 is seeking a motivated Consultant to join our Strategy & Operations practice in Sandton, Gauteng. You will advise clients on strategic decisions and operational improvements, collaborating across diverse projects and client workshops.

With 1–3 years in consulting or related roles, you will analyze operations, conduct market research, and help develop plans. A strong analytical mindset and client focus are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a relevant industry role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Willingness to work on client sites in and around Sandton, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in analyzing client operations, strategies, and performance.
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans and operational improvement initiatives.
• Map and analyze business processes to identify areas for efficiency gains.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Participate in client workshops and interviews to gather information and build rapport.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposal development and business development activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in strategy and operations.
