Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Reinvention Services – Financial Services to lead end-to-end reinvention engagements for Banking, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management across SA and Africa/MEA. You will shape future business models, define value cases and drive AI-enabled transformations.

You will also support growth activities, contribute to industry viewpoints, and mentor consulting teams to deliver client-first outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ consulting or strategy experience.
• Financial Services domain expertise.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of Technology, Data, AI and GenAI.
• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business Science, Engineering or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end reinvention-led strategy and transformation engagements.
• Design future-ready business and operating models.
• Define value cases, benefits realisation and reinvention roadmaps.
• Deliver AI-enabled, GenAI-driven and experience-led transformations.
• Support business development, proposals and client pursuits.
• Contribute to industry viewpoints and reinvention offerings.
