FNB South Africa is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to manage SLAs, contracting, and procurement across the organisation. The role focuses on developing and optimising relations with third-party vendors while ensuring governance and performance metrics are met.

You will co-ordinate internal and external stakeholders, provide guidance on operational vendor management, and contribute to governance improvements.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., BCom, BCom Hons, BSc, BSc Hons, BSc Engineering or Supply Chain).
• 5-7 years in vendor management or procurement; ICT experience 2-3 years preferred.
• CIPS certification is desirable.
• Solid knowledge of vendor management concepts and methodologies.
• Experience in banking industry vendor management, contract management and procurement is preferred.
• Understanding governance frameworks for vendor programs and risk oversight.
• Strong data analysis ability with actionable recommendations.
• Excellent business and commercial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Drive vendor management practices and improve collaboration with vendor partners to maintain SLA and contracting terms.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders with external partners for key vendor engagements.
• Provide advisory guidance on operations and tactics in vendor management and manage material risks.
• Facilitate problem resolution and protect supplier relationships per contracts.
• Promote vendor governance and contribute to policy and guideline improvements.
