FNB Namibia is seeking a Vendor Manager in Randburg to engage with and maintain relationships with vendors, driving delivery from third-party suppliers. The role sits within Short Term Insurance and focuses on cost control, customer experience, and governance adherence.

You will monitor spend, allocate resources, review account activities, and build strong professional relationships to support business objectives and risk management.

Formación

• University degree/ Diploma required.
• Legal degree with contract drafting and Vendor Management experience preferred.
• Onboarding experience is essential.
• Short Term Insurance experience would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver against operational and cost targets.
• Build professional long-term relationships with vendors and customers.
• Monitor costs and allocate resources efficiently.
• Identify, control and escalate potential risks to reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance requirements.
• Provide timely reports and insights to support decision-making.
