Qualifications

Minimum NQF Level 7 or higher in a relevant field.
Proven experience leading transformation and B-BBEE programmes.
Experience with stakeholder engagements, community relations, and SME development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement transformation strategy aligned with B-BBEE and ESG objectives.
Monitor and improve B-BBEE scorecard performance across Ownership, Management Control, Skills Development, ESD, and SED.
Coordinate annual B-BBEE audit and verification process.
Prepare executive and board reports on transformation performance.
Advise management on transformation risks and opportunities.
Lead SD&L, localisation, and SME development initiatives.
