Lesedi Nuclear Services Pty. Ltd. in South Africa seeks a Transformation Manager to lead B-BBEE and EE initiatives, drive localisation and community relations, and align transformation with the business strategy.

You will oversee stakeholder engagement, supplier development, and ESG targets, reporting to executives while ensuring compliance and sustainable socio-economic impact across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum NQF Level 7 (Bachelor's degree/BCom) or NQF Level 8 postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience in Transformation / B-BBEE implementation is required.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, community relations and ESD/SED is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transformation strategy aligned with the B-BBEE Act, sector charters, Employment Equity legislation, and ESG/sustainability objectives.
• Monitor and improve B-BBEE scorecard performance across Ownership, Management Control, Skills Development, Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD), and Socio-Economic Development (SED).
• Set annual transformation targets and prepare executive and board reports on transformation performance.
• Advise executive management on transformation risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate the annual B-BBEE audit and verification process and track pillars to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure valid B-BBEE certificates for Lesedi and its subsidiaries, including JV tenders.
• Coordinate EE committee meetings and submit the annual EE report to the Department of Labour; draft and monitor EE Plan.
• Develop Community Engagement Plans and a CSI framework; lead community consultation and grievance-resolution processes.
• Identify SD & Localization opportunities and collaborate with government departments, SOEs, and training institutions.
• Develop and drive Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) programmes and measure economic impact.
• Build and manage relationships with government, regulatory bodies, industry bodies, and communities; represent the company at forums.
