Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years IT experience, with at least 5 years in solution architecture or transformation leadership.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and modern app development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Relevant certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, PMP) are a plus.

Position Overview

The Solution Architect Lead (Transformation) is a senior technical leadership role responsible for guiding organisations through large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
