Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and understand their needs.
• Act as the primary technical contact for client discussions and problem solving.
• Guide clients on product implementation, configuration, optimisation and best practices.
• Manage technical projects, coordinate resources, monitor timelines and communicate project status.
• Initiate customer contact, identify required products/services and support achievement of sales targets.
• Understand market trends and implement sales plans; forecast and monitor sales and evaluate targets regularly.
• Identify prospective customers, support customer events/hosting and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Assist with finance agreements and communicate customer credit positions to support continuity of supply.
• Assist with perpetual and quarterly stock counts as required.
