Job summary

Network Recruitment International is seeking a technical sales professional with expertise in lubrication, hydraulics, and fire-suppression solutions to develop new business and manage distributors and key accounts in mining, construction, transportation, and heavy equipment markets.

The ideal candidate will engage customers on technical and commercial matters, identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance across Gauteng and broader South Africa.

Qualifications

• Five years’ technical sales experience.
• Lubrication, hydraulics, heavy equipment or fire-suppression experience.
• Proven business-development and account-management ability.
• Experience managing distributors or direct customers.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and technical problem-solving skills.
• Project or contract-management exposure would be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Valid, unendorsed driver’s licence.
