Job summary

Weaver Fintech Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with leaders to align hiring with growth and culture. You will build pipelines, drive employer branding, and deliver a superior candidate experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in talent acquisition, including tech/digital roles, and experience with ATS/tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business areas (Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, Data).
• At least 2 years focused on contact centre recruitment.
• LinkedIn Certified Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Strategy certification is advantageous.
• Fintech/Financial Services or Digital Tech sector experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ATS/sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Forecast hiring needs with department heads and develop recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data integrity.
