Job summary

Mintek Pty Ltd. is seeking a Sourcing Specialist within the Finance Division to manage procurement activities in line with PFMA, PPPFA and BBBEE requirements. The role covers RFI/RFP processes, tender administration, market research, and supplier engagement to deliver cost-effective solutions.

The successful candidate will oversee procurement policy compliance, support the Procurement Plan, and ensure records are kept up to date, contributing to governance and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an SCM environment post internship.
• Knowledge of PFMA, PPPFA and BBBEE regulations and circulars.

Responsibilities

• Manage the tendering process and procurement plans.
• Administer RFI and RFP processes through to completion.
• Review tender specifications for policy and legislative compliance.
• Conduct market research to identify suppliers and commodities.
• Coordinate approvals and maintain tender audit files and records.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly SCM reports and support budget control.
